If you have big "hooters" they simply justify them by taking your $20 bill for an $8+ order and make you beg for your change. So the tips are in direct correlation to your cup size. The way they are getting around a stupid lawsuit on gender discrimination (there was a legitimate claim made on Lawry's) is to hire "hosts."A host will double as a bouncer making $10-$12 an hour. A hostess is lucky if she makes $9 an hour. Double standard all over again.
