Do you tip when you pick up a to go order from a restaurant?

I generally tip $2-3 for to-go. At most restaurants the bussers and dishwashers get tipped out as well as the servers, and I figure they're saving me the trouble of having to wash dishes. Plus, someone had to take time away from serving their tables to box and bag the food.

Unless I made a special order, like 50 chicken wings or a birthday cake, nothing. But if I made a special order, I'll add 10%.
