I got this from the International Federation of Competitive Eating. They are the guys that are the most famous for having all those eating competitions.
Hot Dogs
53 1/2 Nathan's Famous Hot Dogs and Buns
12 minutes/ July 4, 2004
Takeru Kobayashi
According to Nathan's nutritional guide, a single hot dog is approximately 100g. Thus, Mr. Kobayashi's world record would seem to indicate that he consumed 5.35 Kg or 11.77 lbs of hot dogs.
During such eating competitions, Mr. Kobayashi, and many other participants, dip their hot dogs into water prior to consumption. This would seem to make the world record even more impressive given that there is also quite a bit of water being consumed that isn't being counted.
So, the most hot dogs anyone has ever eaten in one sitting is slightly less than 12 lbs. That's significantly less than anyone's body weight.

My guess is no. You figure if Kobayashi could "only" eat 49 hotdogs in 12 minutes during the annual Nathan's hot dog eating competition (see link below), then it's fairly unlikely anyone is going to be able to eat their own body weight in hot dogs. But perhaps if you had no time limit or were rather small you potentially could.

It would be safe to assume no. Humans could not eat that much and survive.
