What's the best fast food item for under $1?

Lots of fast food chains have value menus full of low-price items at 99 cents or a dollar. Which one is the best, and why?

Well nothing is really underneath a 1$ but if we include tax i would have to say the cheesy Fiesta Potatoes at Taco Bell those rock.

I was going to say two tacos at jack in the box, but someone beat me to it. Besides that, I guess I'd have to go with the hash browns from Mcdonald's
