It's because chinese food doesn't really stay in your system, it just goes in, your body takes the nutrients, and then goes out. Your body processes it a lot quicker than other complex or harder foods. Chinese food is much healthier than other foods thats why when prepared right it's a nice cuisine to eat when you're working out or trying to lose weight. Feeling bloated or full for more than 2 hours is kind of a bad thing, as for me I like how the wait time is just within an hour before I can feel active again.

Did you ever hear about the German-Chinese restaurant? You eat there and an hour later, you're hungry for power.

it could be psychological in many cases.. although in some I am sure it relates to the high sodium content causing (a)bloating and (b) drinking more than usual with your meal.

I definitely notice this when I am eating something spicy.. I drink a ton with the meal and then feel really full for about 45 minutes until I pee.. then I feel normal.. and keep peeing regularly..

I am going to blame it on the MSG. Many people say it is addictive, and most Chinese food places use it unless they specifically say they don't.

What you will desire to do is have scheduled nutrition. consume in simple terms thrice an afternoon. be sure that when you consume for the period of those situations you serve your self truly good and stress your self to consume waht you have. finally you will bwe waiting to consume lots in one sitting and not would desire to rigidity approximately getting hungry till approximately 4 hours later.

they use alot of msg which is basically a high sodium seasoning filled with chemicals that expand in your stomach to make you temporarily feel full--buffets are notorius for using msg also. hope this helps!

it's the MSG, most places add it to the food on their buffets to make people eat less...

People usually order appetizers which are fried and filling and they also order rice which is very filling,
