It depends on how much the bill is. If less that $20, maybe $1 - $2. If more than $50, then maybe $4 - $5. Or, I just round up to the nearest $5.

Interesting question. I have never tipped on a To-Go order. But now that I think about it, it would be reasonable to tip 5-10%

The normal 10%-15%. The people working that to go shift are usually making the same a waiters and waitresses and work hard too. They usually make well below min. wage.
